Sporting Life Promotional Gift Card Redemption

If you do not see your registration confirmation email from Race Roster in your inbox, please check your SPAM/Junk folder. You will receive a separate email that contains the link to download your Sporting Life promotional gift card.
If you are looking specifically for your Sporting Life promotional gift card, you can also access it by logging into your Participant Dashboard.
Participant Dashboard
Log in to the Participant Dashboard to edit your personal information, change your t-shirt size or estimated finishing time, reprint your Sporting Life promotional gift card or transfer your event entry to another person. You can also resend your confirmation email or add yourself to a team.
Please Note: The Participant Dashboard closes on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 11:59 pm. You will no longer be able to edit personal information or transfer your bib after this date.
Transfers Between Friends
Transfer requests will only be accepted until Wednesday, April 16, 2025.
You can transfer your entry through your Race Roster dashboard. This option will only be available until Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 11:59 pm.
Steps:
- Go to the Sporting Life 10K event page and sign in using the username and password you created at the time of registration.
- Choose ‘Transfer’.
- Then choose: To a new participant.
- Select your own name from the drop down menu.
- Enter the email address of the person you are transferring your registration to, and select ‘Start Transfer‘.
- The transfer process has now been initiated. An email will be sent with further instructions to the person receiving the registration.
- The person you are transferring your bib to will now have to register using the link provided in the email. It is up to you to find someone to take your spot. The financial transaction for the entry fee is strictly between yourself and the person you have found to take your spot. The person who is taking your spot is responsible for paying the $15 administration fee, which is inclusive of processing fees and taxes.

To The Virtual Run
Transfer requests will only be accepted until Wednesday, April 16, 2025.
You can transfer your in-person run entry to the virtual run at no cost until Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 11:59 pm.
Note: you will not be refunded the difference in registration fee.
Please email: sportinglife10k@sportinglife.ca to initiate the transfer process.
Refund Policy
It is our policy that no refund of entry fees or deferrals will be issued.
It is our policy that entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to future events. That means that once the money is received and accepted, no refunds will be issued and I will not be able to defer my entry to another year.
In the case of a Sporting Life10K in-person event cancellation, participants will automatically be transferred to the virtual event.
It is the responsibility of the participant to pick up their run kit at the Sporting Life store in event week. Run kits will not be mailed prior to or after the event. After the event has taken place, run shirts will not be available.
