If you do not see your registration confirmation email from Race Roster in your inbox, please check your SPAM/Junk folder. You will receive a separate email that contains the link to download your Sporting Life promotional e-card.
If you are looking specifically for your promotional e-card, you can also access it by logging into your Participant Dashboard.
Participant Dashboard
Log in to the Participant Dashboard to edit your personal information, change your t-shirt size or reprint your Sporting Life promotional e-card. You can also resend your confirmation email or add yourself to a team.
Please Note: The Participant Dashboard closes on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 11:59pm. You will no longer be able to edit personal information after this date.
Transfers From In-Person Run
To The Virtual Run
Transfer requests will only be accepted until Wednesday, April 15, 2026.
You can transfer your in-person run entry to the virtual run at no cost until Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 11:59PM.
Note: you will not be refunded the difference in registration fee.

Refund Policy
It is our policy that no refund of entry fees or deferrals will be issued.
It is our policy that entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to future events. That means that once the money is received and accepted, no refunds will be issued and I will not be able to defer my entry to another year.
